Overview

StoraEnso Anjalankoski Oy operates paper and carton factories. We are looking for a shift manager (TAM37/12h) for our carton plant. The position is permanent and requires several years of experience in production, safety culture, and daily operations management.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift supervisors and staff.
• Ensure safe behavior, operations, and results.
• Report accurately on shift events and incidents.
• Plan shift resources.
• Develop staff skills and onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• University degree in AMK, YAMK, or DI.
• Experience in production processes or maintenance.
• Ability to solve problems under pressure.
• Experience with Lean thinking, continuous improvement, or similar models.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication with stakeholders.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.
