Job Description Summary

To manage and supervise the manufacturing process, supervisor and other resources assigned to him/her to achieve the organizational goals. To assist the Production Unit Manager and above in coordinating all aspects of production and to ensure product from raw materials to packaged items are economically produced on schedule and according to specifications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To ensure safety compliance are meet as per OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration).
2. Fully comprehend the company’s quality and business ethic policies and apply them in daily behavior and practices.
3. To take ownership and accountability for setting and driving safety, quality, delivery and cost for benchmark performance.
4. Ensure all company rules, regulations and Good Manufacturing Process requirements are comply with by employees.
