They help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by helping select smoothies and retail products that inspire our Guests to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. They also maintain store standards and lead our Team Members in reaching store goals! Shift Leaders are trusted to open the store, handle on-shift situations, and encourage our team throughout the shift.
