Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of retail associates, providing guidance, coaching and support on assigned shifts.
- Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively to ensure smooth store operations during the shift.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and serve as a role model for the store team.
- Ensure all customers are greeted warmly and receive prompt assistance.
- Deliver legendary service by resolving customer inquiries according to Work Authority’s Values.
- Achieve sales targets by motivating the team to provide exceptional sales experiences.
