Shift Engineer
As a Shift Engineer, you will be primarily responsible for engineering operations and maintenance of Robinsons Offices’ buildings and equipment, specifically MEPFS and HVAC systems. In addition to your technical skills, you will also act as a front‑line coordinator and assistant for tenants on both technical and administrative requirements, reviewing and ensuring compliance of fit‑out plans with the approved Construction and Fit‑out Guidelines, implementing energy conservation measures, analyzing utility consumption trends, ensuring timely recording and processing of tenant utility charges, compliance with the 52‑week calendar through Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), and supervising third‑party technicians and other contracted maintenance providers.
