• Establish and improve tool condition and technology.
• Upgrade tool capability and reduce tool alarm ratio.
• Establish and modify tool management projects.
• Set up tool parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
• Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.
• Abnormal analysis and improvement.
