Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SHEQ Administrator to join our team in Bathgate.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain the H&S Management System folders and oversee Plan spreadsheets, ensuring all outstanding actions are followed up as directed by the Head of SHEQ.
- Collate H&S incidents, near misses, and trend reports to help drive safety improvements.
- Update local H&S arrangements and policies, ensuring efficient distribution throughout the facility.
- Administer H&S alerts, coordinating departmental responses and reporting back to the central team within a 7-day timeframe.
- Act as the training records administrator, assisting with course registration and issuing certificates.
- Attend and take minutes for all H&S-related meetings, including Water, Fire, Waste Management, and Safety Representative forums.
