Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for the Department of Defense Sexual Assault Program Workforce Positions to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as the Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention Program Support Services Specialist responsible for strategic business process management, change management, and management of administrative operations to support the SHARP program. Responsibilities Advise program managers and other leaders on sexual harassment/assault program initiatives, policies, and procedures (e.g., SHARP).
