We are seeking a detail-oriented Shared Services HR Specialist to join our client's HR organization in San Diego, CA. This role is ideal for a high-accuracy HR operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume shared services environment. The position requires the precise and timely processing of large volumes of HR transactions within SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP, and ServiceNow. Success in this role requires exceptional accuracy, consistency, productivity, and adherence to established policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
+ Process high-volume employee lifecycle transactions in SuccessFactors and SAP, including hires, rehires, transfers, promotions, compensation updates, organizational changes, and terminations.
+ Manage 30–40 ServiceNow HR cases daily, reviewing documentation, determining required actions, and ensuring timely resolution.
