Job Description
Minimum Qualifications NQF 3 or relevant qualification Onsetter’s / Banksman Certificate. Requirements NQF 3 or relevant qualification Onsetter’s / Banksman Certificate. Blasting / Rock Breaking Certificate
Production Supervisor Certificate or Relevant Foreman Certificate - If a current internal employee does not have the foreman certificate, they need to obtain the qualification within 24 months of being promoted or they will be demoted back to their artisan / previous position
At least 5 years’ experience as an Shaft and Construction Timberman or related role. (Foreman law and technical ability)
MV Competent (Applicable to Electrical Supervisor) Medically fit to work in the specific business area.
Clear security screening record.
Valid Driver’s License (if applicable) Key Responsibilities Planning and Scheduling
Facilitates a one to three-year maintenance management strategy for the operations.
