• A Sewing Operator is responsible for operating sewing machines to stitch fabric or other materials into finished products such as garments, upholstery, or accessories. This role involves precise attention to detail, knowledge of sewing techniques, and maintaining high-quality standards during the production process.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require vocational training or certification).
• Previous experience in a sewing or garment manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of various sewing machine types and techniques.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, as well as technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
