Job Description
The Sewing Machine Operator is responsible for operating industrial sewing machines to produce high-quality automotive upholstery, including car seat covers, flooring, door panels, and other interior components. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to company quality standards and production schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate industrial sewing machines to sew automotive upholstery materials.
Stitch leather, synthetic leather, fabric, and other materials according to specifications.
Read and follow work orders, patterns, and measurements.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
Perform minor machine adjustments and routine maintenance.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Meet daily production targets while ensuring quality workmanship.
Follow workplace safety policies and company procedures.
