- Settling drivers balances - Settle drivers balances
- Order entry - Record customers’ orders into the company's order handling system, resulting in a sales order.
- Filing - File documents in the appropriate place so they are easy to find
- Accurately enter data from paper files into computer systems
- Driver queries - Addressing issues raised by drivers, whether they relate to the route issues, payment, administrative concerns, and or vehicle-related problems.
- Drawing up of Sales Reports - Preparing reports on settlement activities, providing updates on transaction status.
