JobResponsibilities
- Performreconciliation and validation of trades, and costs between the ETRM systemand counterparties, brokerages, and exchanges.
- Generateand issue trade confirmations, contracts, and invoices, while resolvingdiscrepancies and processing amendments.
- Review,validate, and approve broker invoice payments.
- Overseeand manage carbon emissions credits throughout the delivery and settlementprocess.
- Administerand maintain carbon credit inventories across various registries, ensuringalignment with internal systems.
- Monitorcounterparty and credit risk exposures, including limits, collateralmanagement, and margin calls.
- Actas administrator for exchanges such as ICE, CME, and SGX, managing tradinglimits, and user access setups.
- Ensureall practices comply with internal control policies and externalregulatory requirements.
