Setter & Programmer
Knowledge and understanding of Drawing
Programming of CNC and VMC machines
Operation of CNC and VMC machines
New fixture setting and validation
MAZAK, New part development
1. Good knowledge of Engineering drawing.
2. Knowledge of different measuring methods and GD&T tolerances.
3. Knowledge of 3 axis & 5 axis CNC Turning machine
4. Knowledge of Master cam programming.
5. CNC Programming & machine setup.
6.Have knowledge of NPD part & its process.
7. Cutting tool selection & optimization (Milling & Turning)
8. Maintaining cutting tools record (Tool life & performance)
9 Analytical Skills.
10 Work closely with the production team to identify and implement process improvements to maximize levels of efficiency
