Job Description
We are looking for a temporary Operations & Services Coordinator to join the Operations team at La Roca Village and elevate the ultra‑luxury experience we offer to our most distinguished guests.
About the role
As an Operations & Services Coordinator, you will support the Operations Team with security, cleaning, and maintenance of the Village. You will maintain standards and priorities set by the Operations Manager and manage the day‑to‑day operations of the Village.
- Provide support to the Operations & Services Manager in the security, cleaning, and maintenance of the Village.
- Assist the Operations & Services Manager to set up, track and achieve budgets for common costs.
- Assist in developing and maintaining partnerships with third‑party contractors.
- Supervise daily maintenance, minor carpentry, brickwork, plumbing, electrical, painting and other projects.
