ServiceNow Tech Lead/Developer



β€’ 7 to 8 years of experience in Developing, maintaining, and enhancing applications on the ServiceNow ITSM platform

β€’ Experience in configuration/customization of the ServiceNow application and Application UI

β€’ Development experience with the ServiceNow APIs.

β€’ Experience with multiple ServiceNow platform deployments and upgrades.

β€’ Demonstrated experience and familiarity with maintaining required information security controls for the platform.

β€’ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator with ServiceNow implementations across domains (e.g., ITOM, ITBM)

β€’ ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
