Our client delivers complex ServiceNow implementations for enterprise customers globally and is now hiring a hands-on Technical Lead to own ITOM delivery end to end.
In this role you will get exposure to cutting-edge ServiceNow technologies , AI, automation, DevOps, observability, and cloud integrations - it's not just traditional ITSM work!
What you'll be doing:
- Leading full ITOM implementations including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and AIOps
- Hands-on development: business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACLs
- Building third party integrations via REST, SOAP and mid servers
