Key Responsibilities Lead Service Now development, configuration, and implementation activities Work on ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge Management Handle scripting using Java Script, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes Manage Service Now integrations and data migration activities Lead a small technical team and coordinate delivery tasks Work closely with stakeholders for requirement alignment and solution delivery
