Job Description
The
ServiceNow Solution Designer / Developer
is responsible for reviewing new requests and enhancements, translating business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions, and implementing technical improvements with a strong focus on
ITSM, SecOps, HRSD, CMDB and Asset Management . The role combines business analysis, consulting, solution design, and hands-on development, following ServiceNow best practices.
Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze new requests and enhancement demands from the business Perform requirements engineering in close collaboration with business stakeholders Understand, challenge, and optimize existing business processes Act as a consultant and trusted advisor to customers Design ServiceNow solutions based on platform best practices Collaborate closely with architects and internal solution designers Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with platform standards Write detailed user stories and low-level t...
