The opportunity

We’re looking for Senior with expertise in ServiceNow Implementation to join the EYD GDS ServiceNow. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth.

Primary Skills:

  • CMDB Functional Understanding with good IT Infrastructure understanding.

  • CMDB CSDM Understanding and able to lead conversations with business and application owners to be able ensure the CMDB is complete.

  • CMDB Management in ServiceNow Platform and Handon experience

  • Defining and enabling processes for ensuring CMDB is complete, accurate and current.

  • Data analysis of the existing CMDB and ensure analysis to be done to enable complete, accurate and current data.

  • ServiceNow Scripting and development experience.

    • Nice to have skills:

  • ServiceNow Discovery Setup and configuration

  • Debugging Discovery issues
