Role Summary
The ServiceNow SAM Pro Developer is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting the Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro) module on the ServiceNow platform. This role focuses on ensuring license compliance, optimizing software spend, preparing for vendor audits, and providing strategic insights through data-driven reporting. You will work closely with IT Finance, Procurement, ITAM, Legal, and vendor management teams to maintain an audit-ready, cost-optimized software asset inventory.
