Hands-on experience with ITAM modules – HAM & SAM (SAM Pro preferred) . Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and ServiceNow data model . Experience with workflow automation and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) . Understanding of software licensing models and compliance management . Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices .
