Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Prepare and manage project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports.
- Coordinate with ServiceNow Architects, Developers, Business Analysts, and Testing teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Drive Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
- Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and ServiceNow best practices.
