I'm working with a leading technology organisation that is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to play a key role in shaping the architecture and governance of a large-scale enterprise ServiceNow platform.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys influencing platform strategy while remaining hands‑on with solution design and technical decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining platform architecture, standards and design principles
- Providing architectural governance across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM and CMDB
- Reviewing solution designs and guiding development teams
- Establishing reusable design patterns and platform guardrails
