<p>Role Summary<br /> ServiceNow ITSM Developer responsible for implementing and enhancing ITSM processes such as Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, and Service Requests.<br /> Key Responsibilities<br /> Configure ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, SLM, Catalog, EC)<br /> Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies<br /> Build and manage service catalog<br /> Configure SLA/OLA and reporting<br /> Support integrations and automation<br /> Work with stakeholders on requirements and delivery<br /> Required Skills<br /> Strong experience in ITSM modules<br /> JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer<br /> Understanding of ITIL processes<br /> Experience in customization and integrations<br /> Reporting and dashboard knowledge<br /> Certifications (Mandatory/Preferred)<br /> ServiceNow Certified Syste...
