Job Description
Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
Design scalable and sustainable architectures for:
CMDB & CSDM
Discovery
Service Mapping
Event Management
Cloud Discovery
Operational Intelligence / AIOps
Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers, administrators, and analysts.
Conduct requirement analysis and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Lead solution design workshops and architecture reviews.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
Drive CMDB health, data quality, reconciliation, and governance initiatives.
Design and oversee integrations with infrastructure, monitoring, and cloud platforms.
Review technical designs, code quality, and deployment strategies.
Support estimation, project planning, release management, and risk mitigation.
