Job Description
We are looking for ServiceNow ITOM Expert to implement and manage enterprise ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, AIOps, and platform automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
- Build service maps and automate operational workflows.
- Implement AIOps capabilities including RCA and Predictive Insights.
- Optimize ServiceNow platform performance.
- Support cloud integrations and platform upgrades.
