About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Consultant to implement and support IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
The role requires strong expertise in infrastructure discovery, service mapping, monitoring solutions, and platform customization to support reliable and efficient IT operations.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and support ITOM solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Configure and manage Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management modules
