Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM Pro modules.
- Manage software license compliance, normalization, reconciliation, and optimization.
- Configure software models, license metrics, publishers, and entitlements.
- Implement hardware asset lifecycle processes including procurement, deployment, transfer, refresh, and disposal.
- Integrate ServiceNow ITAM with discovery tools, SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Flexera, Snow, and other asset sources.
