+ Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions—including custom applications, workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and integrations—ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
+ Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules, primarily IRM, following best practices for maintainability and performance.
