Job Description
Role Overview: The HRSD Technical Architect is responsible for designing, architecting, and leading the implementation of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions. This role ensures scalable, secure, and efficient HR digital transformation by aligning business requirements with platform capabilities and best practices. Key Responsibilities: Solution Architecture Design * Lead the end-to-end architecture design of HRSD solutions on the ServiceNow platform. * Define scalable and reusable architecture patterns for HR business processes. * Evaluate business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and platform strategy.
