Service Now Developer HRSD Job Description :
Strong expertise in Service Now HR Service Delivery (HRSD) is required, including HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, and self‑service employee experiences, with additional experience across two or more Service Now modules such as WSD, ITOM, or CSM. Developers who have not worked in HRSD or junior developers will be not considered.
Required Certifications: Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional Service Now certifications preferred; e.g., Certified Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) Professional, Service Now CAD (Certified Application Developer); or platform micro-certifications
