Job Description
Experience in implementation of ServiceNow HRSD modules - Case mgmt., Lifecycle Event mgmt., Agent workspace, Virtual Agent, Integration Hub spokes for HRSD (Adobe spoke for document mgmt., SAP Success Factor spoke etc..), Employee document Management, Employee Center portal
Integrations with other HR / recruitment tools like HCM, Workday.
Notifications, Surveys, Reports and Dashboards
Prepare Design / Architecture, review solution with Product owners, developing PoC's
Code review / best practices review/
Mentor junior developers
Requirement gathering, consulting skills and client communication.
Experience in leading Client workshops with customers across HR business units
Experience creating HRSD workshops decks and HRSD workbooks for the client to be able to fill out requirements post workshops
Ability to listen, interpret, strategize and consult on HR processes and map them to HRSD capabil...
