- Configure and customize ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and ITAM modules.
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Flow Designer workflows, and Catalog Items.
- Implement and automate the complete hardware asset lifecycle.
- Integrate HAM with CMDB and enterprise tools such as SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and Flexera.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and compliance metrics.
- Ensure asset reconciliation, inventory accuracy, and operational excellence.
