Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom applications on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
- Configure and create workflows, forms, and automation rules to streamline IT processes.
- Integrate ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM Discovery, and ITAM modules to enhance infrastructure and asset management efficiency.
- Identify and fix non-functional and non-compliant outcomes, ensuring alignment with ITSM/ITOM standards and governance.
- Implement best practices for ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM processes.
- Conduct unit and system testing to ensure defect-free delivery.
- Deploy developed applications into UAT and production environments.
- Support platform upgrades and ongoing implementations.
- Perform system health checks and platform performance monitoring.
