Job Description
Amaris Consulting is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with 3–4+ years of experience to join an international team within our global consulting practice.
Responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end development within the Citizen scope of the WSD module on the ServiceNow platform.
- Configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform, focusing on the WSD module and related APIs.
- Develop, maintain, and customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions, improve processes, and provide technical support.
- Analyze system performance issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure alignment with industry best practices and quality standards.
- Implement security policies using ACLs, roles, and groups.
- Document processes, configurations, and technical solutions.
