Technical Skills : ServiceNow Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, and others. Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations. Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, etc.). Experience with ServiceNow's Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
