ServiceNow Developer - Contractor Area(s) of responsibility Job description Area(s) of responsibility Skills: ServiceNow Developer (ITSM/ ITOM/ HRSD/ App engine) Experience: 2-5 years Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, App Engine, or other modules as per business needs. Customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Develop and configure ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST, SOAP, APIs, and MID Server.
