- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and deliver ITSM and CSM solutions tailored to business needs.
- Implement and maintain integrations with external systems using ServiceNow APIs and REST integrations.
- Create and modify scripted REST APIs and business logic using JavaScript within the ServiceNow platform.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing ServiceNow applications and features.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in ServiceNow, Angular, ITSM, CSM, ServiceNow APIs, REST integrations, scripted REST APIs, and JavaScript. ...
