SUMMARY
The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for configuring, developing, and enhancing the ServiceNow platform to support Managed Services operations. This role focuses on execution, automation, and integration under the guidance of the Architect and Product Owner.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, and automations.
- Build and maintain integrations using IntegrationHub, APIs, and middleware.
- Support ServiceBridge and eBonding configurations with clients.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and support enhancements.
- Follow established SDLC, testing, and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and BSAs to implement requirements.
