Job Description
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (client-side and server-side), Glide APIs, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
- Proven experience designing and developing Scripted REST APIs within scoped applications.
- Strong ability to develop, troubleshoot, and maintain ServiceNow scripts across both client-side and server-side components.
- Hands-on experience with Glide APIs, including GlideRecord, GlideSystem, and GlideAjax.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and related platform capabilities.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications are highly preferred.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
