Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, Script Includes, and integrations.
- Configure and support core ServiceNow modules such as:
- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Incident Management
- Change Management
- Problem Management
- Service Catalog
- CMDB
- Knowledge Management
- Build and maintain Service Portal components and catalog items.
- Develop REST/SOAP API integrations with external applications and third-party systems.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues and performance bottlenecks.
