Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field
Minimum 2+ years of ServiceNow implementation, configuration, customization, or development experience
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development or Solution Architecture
Experience with one or more ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, IRM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or SPM
Knowledgeable in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Agile methodology, workflow automation...
