Job Description
Provides strategic leadership in designing and governing the ServiceNow platform and ROC operations. Works across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB modules to ensure alignment with enterprise needs. Supports the business by delivering a scalable, integrated, and resilient digital service management environment development within 5 year road map.
- 6–10+ years of hands‑on experience leading ServiceNow architecture and development initiatives.
- Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules, and CMDB design, data modeling, and service mapping including Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, SAM, and HAM.
- Proven ability to design end‑to‑end enterprise ServiceNow solutions, integrating multiple modules and external tools.
- Expertise in integration strategies, including APIs, MID Servers, and external monitoring/business systems (Dynatrace, Splunk, ELK, SolarWinds).
