Requirements

• Hands-on ServiceNow ITOM experience with real-world implementations
• Experience with Service Mapping and Discovery, including troubleshooting
• Strong CMDB skills, including relationships, CI classes, and dependency modelling
• Experience integrating data using APIs, transform maps, Integration Hub, and similar tools
• Cloud exposure or experience with modern infrastructure environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Must be able to work in the UK without restriction; we cannot provide sponsorship
• Ability to work onsite in Cambridge 2 days per week under a hybrid working arrangement
