ABOUT THE JOB
- Analyze and document business requirements related to ServiceNow HRSD enhancements and initiatives (e.g. HR Case & Knowledge, Employee Center, HR services, lifecycle events).
- Translate HR and business requirements into technical specifications and design solutions aligned with best practices and organizational goals.
- Lead workshops and meetings with HR and business stakeholders to facilitate requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder alignment.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams, including HR, IT, development, and operations, to implement and deploy ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of ServiceNow HRSD configurations and customizations to ensure quality and reliability.
