Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Now Assist Architect with strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and Generative AI capabilities. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven solutions using ServiceNow Now Assist to improve automation, user experience, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions using Now Assist capabilities
- Work on AI-driven features such as Virtual Agent, text summarization, intelligent search, and workflow automation
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions
