Job Description
The ServiceNow Solution Designer/Architect is a subject matter expert responsible for designing and specifying technical solutions in ServiceNow projects. He/she works closely with the development team to implement and manage functionalities on the ServiceNow platforms of Sword’s clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform and take ownership of solution design
- Support development teams in configuring standard applications (Service Catalog, Service Portal, Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, etc.) as well as developing new applications using ServiceNow features
- Especially on modules CSM, SPM and ITAM
- Participate in gathering business and technical requirements and in implementation documentation
- Integrate ServiceNow with external tools (SCCM, Int...
