The ServiceNow Analyst Programmer is responsible for delivering high-quality development, configuration, and maintenance services within the ServiceNow platform, in accordance with the Group’s Software Development Life Cycle standards. The role performs mid-to-high complexity work such as building and enhancing digital workflows, implementing unified employee-journey solutions, and developing new modules or capabilities that improve employee engagement and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, maintain, and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications and modules in alignment with the Group’s Software Development Life Cycle standards.
